Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup Parmesan
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
Add Parmesan, then toss with pasta.
Cook pasta and set aside.
Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Pour in cream, simmer gently.
