Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- ½ cup cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Optional: bacon bits, green onions
Instructions
- Bake potatoes at 200°C for 45–60 minutes.
- Cut open and fluff the inside.
- Add butter, cheese, and sour cream.
- Mix slightly and top as desired.
