There’s something so cozy and nostalgic about baked potatoes—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and filled with whatever you love.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • ½ cup cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Optional: bacon bits, green onions

Instructions

  • Bake potatoes at 200°C for 45–60 minutes.
  • Cut open and fluff the inside.
  • Add butter, cheese, and sour cream.
  • Mix slightly and top as desired.
