Garlic Butter Shrimp Rice Bowl

This one feels a little special but comes together so quickly. Juicy shrimp, buttery garlic flavor, and warm rice—it’s simple, but so satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 200g shrimp (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, parsley

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pan.
  • Add garlic, cook briefly.
  • Add shrimp, cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Stir in lemon juice and seasoning.
  • Serve over warm rice.
