Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200g shrimp (peeled)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add garlic, cook briefly.
- Add shrimp, cook 2–3 minutes per side.
- Stir in lemon juice and seasoning.
- Serve over warm rice.
