This is one of those dinners you make when you want something cozy but not complicated. Creamy, earthy, and deeply satisfying—it feels like a warm hug in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Add Parmesan, then toss with pasta.

Cook pasta and set aside.

Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.

Add garlic and cook briefly.

Pour in cream, simmer gently.
