Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 10 min.
  2. Add butter, egg, spices, and flour.
  3. Knead dough until soft.
  4. Add raisins.
  5. Let rise 1 hour.
  6. Shape into buns and place on tray.
  7. Let rise again (30 min).
  8. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes.
