Ingredients (serves 2):
- 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1–2 tbsp honey, agave, or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1½ cups ice cubes
- Mint or kiwi slices, for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend:
Add kiwis, coconut milk, lime juice, sweetener, and ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and slushy. - Taste & Adjust:
Taste and add more sweetener or lime if needed. - Serve Immediately:
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a mint sprig or kiwi slice.
💡 Optional twist:
- Add a pinch of sea salt or coconut flakes on top for extra texture.
- For a cocktail version, a splash of white rum or coconut rum works beautifully.
