Ingredients (serves 2–3):
- 2 hibiscus tea bags (or 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers)
- 1½ cups water (for steeping)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 cup fresh lemonade (or store-bought)
- 1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs and lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
- Brew Hibiscus Tea:
Boil 1½ cups of water. Add hibiscus tea bags and mint leaves. Steep for 10–15 minutes, then remove tea bags and mint. Stir in sweetener if using. - Chill:
Let the hibiscus tea cool, then refrigerate until cold. - Mix the Arnold Palmer:
Fill glasses with ice. Pour hibiscus tea halfway up the glass, then top with lemonade. - Stir & Serve:
Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
🍹 Optional twist:
- Add fresh raspberries for a fruity boost.
- Swap lemonade for limeade for a tangier flavor.
- For a boozy version, add vodka or gin.
