Caramelized Banana Coconut Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade tart shell
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Caramelize banana slices in a skillet with butter and brown sugar until golden.
  2. Spoon caramelized bananas into the tart shell.
  3. Top with shredded coconut and cinnamon, then bake for 10 minutes until the crust is golden.
