Iced Blueberry Lavender Tea (Mocktail)

Ingredients (serves 2–3):

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender (or 2 lavender tea bags)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or agave (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional, for brightness)
  • Ice cubes
  • Blueberries and lavender sprigs or lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Tea:
    Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add lavender and blueberries. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Strain & Sweeten:
    Strain out the lavender and berries. Stir in honey/agave and lemon juice while still warm.
  3. Chill:
    Let cool, then refrigerate until cold (about 30–60 minutes).
  4. Serve:
    Fill glasses with ice. Pour the chilled blueberry lavender tea over the ice.
  5. Garnish & Enjoy:
    Garnish with a few blueberries, a lemon slice, or a small lavender sprig.
