Ingredients (serves 2–3):
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender (or 2 lavender tea bags)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1–2 tbsp honey or agave (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional, for brightness)
- Ice cubes
- Blueberries and lavender sprigs or lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
- Brew the Tea:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add lavender and blueberries. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. - Strain & Sweeten:
Strain out the lavender and berries. Stir in honey/agave and lemon juice while still warm. - Chill:
Let cool, then refrigerate until cold (about 30–60 minutes). - Serve:
Fill glasses with ice. Pour the chilled blueberry lavender tea over the ice. - Garnish & Enjoy:
Garnish with a few blueberries, a lemon slice, or a small lavender sprig.
