🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread (toasted if you like)
  • 6–8 slices cooked turkey breast (or deli turkey)
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons mayo or cream cheese (or both!)
  • Handful of mixed greens or spinach
  • Optional: thin apple slices, brie cheese, or stuffing

🥄 Directions:

  1. Toast the bread (optional):
    Lightly toast the slices for extra texture and warmth.
  2. Spread the base:
    Spread mayo (or cream cheese) on one slice of each sandwich. Spread cranberry sauce on the other slice.
  3. Layer it up:
    Add turkey slices, greens, and any extras like apple or brie.
  4. Assemble & serve:
    Close the sandwich, slice in half, and enjoy warm or cold. Pairs perfectly with soup or a light salad.
