- 2 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced (or 1 cup cooked chicken)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
- ½ cup shredded lettuce or spinach
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayo
- 1 teaspoon Dijon or grainy mustard

Grill the Chicken:
Season boneless, skinless chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime. Grill until cooked through, then slice thinly.
Prep the Wrap:
Warm a large tortilla wrap. Spread a layer of hummus or Greek yogurt across the base.
Add the Fillings:
Layer sliced avocado, grilled chicken, fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Sprinkle with a little feta or cheddar cheese if desired.
Roll It Up:
Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Slice in half on the diagonal.
