Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced (or 1/2 cup peach puree)
- 1 small slice of fresh jalapeño (more if you like it hot)
- 3 oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
- 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1½ oz fresh lime juice (about 1 large lime)
- 1–2 tsp agave syrup or honey (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Tajín or salt, for rimming
- Peach slices, jalapeño rounds, or lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle:
In a shaker, muddle the peach slices and jalapeño together until juicy. - Shake:
Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave, and ice. Shake well for 15–20 seconds. - Rim the Glasses (optional):
Rub a lime wedge around the rim and dip in Tajín or salt. - Strain & Serve:
Fill two glasses with fresh ice. Strain the margarita into the glasses. - Garnish:
Add a peach slice, jalapeño ring, or lime wedge for flair.
🔥 Tips:
- For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with a cup of ice.
- Want it extra smoky? Use mezcal instead of tequila.
