Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt the white chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, matcha powder, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour and pour the batter into greased ramekins, filling them halfway.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft. Let it cool slightly before serving.
