Matcha White Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt the white chocolate and butter together.
  2. Whisk in sugar, eggs, matcha powder, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour and pour the batter into greased ramekins, filling them halfway.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft. Let it cool slightly before serving.
