Ingredients:
- 1 premade tart shell
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Caramelize banana slices in a skillet with butter and brown sugar until golden.
- Spoon caramelized bananas into the tart shell.
- Top with shredded coconut and cinnamon, then bake for 10 minutes until the crust is golden.
