🍸 Lychee Lime Spritzer (Mocktail)

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1/2 cup canned lychees in syrup (reserve syrup)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1–2 tsp lychee syrup (from the can, adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves, lychees, and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Muddle Lychees:
    In a shaker or glass, lightly muddle the lychees (about 4–5 fruits) with lime juice and a bit of syrup to release the juices.
  2. Shake or Stir:
    Add ice to the shaker and give it a quick shake—or stir in a mixing glass.
  3. Strain & Pour:
    Strain into two glasses filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with Fizz:
    Pour sparkling water over the top and stir gently.
  5. Garnish:
    Add a whole lychee, a mint sprig, and a lime wedge to each glass.

🌿 Optional upgrade: Add a splash of elderflower cordial or rosewater for a floral touch, or spike it with prosecco or gin for a cocktail version!
