  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup sugar-free ketchup or low-carb ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Optional: sliced avocado, crispy bacon bits, or sliced jalapeños
