Lavender Honey Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Gently heat lavender buds in a small amount of cream until aromatic. Strain and mix into the cream cheese batter.
  4. Pour batter over the crust and bake for 25 minutes. Chill for 4 hours before cutting into bars.
