🥭 Mango Lassi Mojito (Cocktail)

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1/2 cup ripe mango (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6–8 mint leaves
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1–2 tsp honey, agave, or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Mango slices, mint sprigs, and lime wheels, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Muddle Mint:
    In a shaker, gently muddle mint leaves with lime juice and sweetener.
  2. Blend Mango Base:
    In a small blender or using an immersion blender, puree mango and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Combine:
    Add mango-yogurt mix and rum to the shaker. Shake well with ice for 15 seconds.
  4. Serve:
    Fill two glasses with ice. Divide the mango lassi mixture between them.
  5. Top with Fizz:
    Top each glass with sparkling water. Stir gently.
  6. Garnish:
    Add a mint sprig, a lime wheel, and a slice of mango.

💡 Mocktail version: Just skip the rum! You’ll still get all the creamy, tropical, zesty goodness with probiotic benefits.
