Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (dairy or coconut-based)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1½ tsp rose water (food-grade)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (to taste)
  • Pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice cubes (about 1 cup)
  • Dried rose petals or pistachios, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend:
    Add yogurt, coconut milk, rose water, sweetener, cardamom (if using), and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Taste & Adjust:
    Taste and adjust sweetness or rose water to your liking — rose can be strong, so start small.
  3. Serve:
    Pour into chilled glasses.
  4. Garnish:
    Top with a few dried rose petals or a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for a luxe look.
