- 1 cup plain yogurt (dairy or coconut-based)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
- 1½ tsp rose water (food-grade)
- 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (to taste)
- Pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes (about 1 cup)
- Dried rose petals or pistachios, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend:
Add yogurt, coconut milk, rose water, sweetener, cardamom (if using), and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. - Taste & Adjust:
Taste and adjust sweetness or rose water to your liking — rose can be strong, so start small. - Serve:
